Abstract
Disclosed herein are cell processing systems, devices, and methods thereof. A system for cell processing may comprise a plurality of instruments each independently configured to perform one or more cell processing operations upon a cartridge, and a robot capable of moving the cartridge between each of the plurality of instruments.

A cartridge for use within a cell processing workcell, comprising:
- a liquid transfer bus;
- and
- a plurality of modules including an elutriation module and at least one module selected from the group consisting of a cell selection module, an electroporation module, and a bioreactor module,
- wherein each module is fluidically coupled to the liquid transfer bus.
