A system, comprising:
- a delivery line;
- a source of NO2 gas;
- a device configured to convert the NO2 gas to an NO gas in a predetermined amount, wherein the NO gas is supplied to the delivery line;
- a source of air and/or oxygen,
- a first pump configured to supply air and/or oxygen to the delivery line;
- and
- a controller configured to determine an amount of NO2 gas remaining in the system.
