Abstract
The disclosure relates to a method for inducing antigen-specific T cell and the use thereof in treating cancer or virus infection. The method comprises culturing PBMCs with antigenic peptide, IL-2, IL-15 and IFN-α.
Claims15
A method for of inducing an antigen-specific T cell, comprising:
- culturing a peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) in a first culture medium comprising an antigenic peptide, IL-2, IL-15 and IFN-α to obtain a first cell population;
- culturing the first cell population in a second culture medium comprising IL-2, IL-and IFN-α to obtain a second cell population;
- and
- culturing the second cell population in a third culture medium comprising IL-2 and IL-15 to obtain the antigen-specific T cell.
