The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition including one or more cannabinoids, and methods of using same, such as for treating NOTCH-related diseases.

A method of treating a subject afflicted with a disease related to any one of:
- NOTCH2, NOTCH3, NOTCH4, and combinations thereof, the method comprising administering to said subject a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising as an active ingredient a cannabinoid referred to as CF1 having the following chemical structure:
- and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising cannabinoids, wherein more than 50% by weight of the cannabinoids is CF1 having the following chemical structure:
