Display device and method of manufacturing the same

A method of manufacturing a display device, the method comprising:

• preparing a base substrate including a first auxiliary display area and a main display area surrounding the first auxiliary display area;
• forming a pixel circuit layer on the base substrate;
• forming a plurality of first light-emitting devices disposed in the first auxiliary display area on the pixel circuit layer;
• and
• irradiating a laser to the first auxiliary display area from a lower side of the base substrate, and
• wherein each of the plurality of first light-emitting devices includes:
• a pixel electrode;
• a light-emitting layer disposed on the pixel electrode;
• and
• a common electrode disposed on the light-emitting layer, and
• wherein in the irradiating the laser, a plurality of transmission holes is defined in the common electrode to be alternately arranged with the plurality of first light-emitting devices in a plan view.
