Abstract
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a measurement gap enhancement method and apparatus, a terminal device, and a network device. The method includes: a terminal device receives configuration information of coexisting measurement gaps, the coexisting measurement gaps comprising a plurality of measurement gaps, and the plurality of measurement gaps being configured in a first time period and/or the plurality of measurement gaps being used for measurement in a second time period.

A method for enhancing a measurement gap, comprising:
- receiving, by a terminal device, configuration information of a concurrent gap, the concurrent gap comprising a plurality of measurement gaps, wherein the plurality of measurement gaps are configured in a first time period and/or the plurality of measurement gaps are used for measurement in a second time period.
A device for enhancing a measurement gap, applied to a terminal device, comprising a processor, a transceiver and a memory,
- wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program, and
- the processor is configured to call and run the computer program stored in the memory, and control the transceiver to:
- receive configuration information of a concurrent gap, the concurrent gap comprising a plurality of measurement gaps, wherein the plurality of measurement gaps are configured in a first time period and/or the plurality of measurement gaps are used for measurement in a second time period.
A device for enhancing a measurement gap, applied to a network device, comprising a processor, a transceiver and a memory,
- wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program, and
- the processor is configured to call and run the computer program stored in the memory, and control the transceiver to:
- transmit configuration information of a concurrent gap, the concurrent gap comprising a plurality of measurement gaps, wherein the plurality of measurement gaps are configured in a first time period and/or the plurality of measurement gaps are used for measurement in a second time period.
