The touch antenna array may include a touch electrode, a touch wiring electrically connected to the touch electrode, an antenna electrode including a plurality of antenna elements, a feeder electrically connected to the antenna electrode, and a shielding electrode disposed between the touch wiring and the feeder.
Claims20
A display apparatus including a display area in which an image is displayed and a non-display area adjacent to the display area, the display apparatus comprising:
- a display panel;
- and
- a touch antenna array disposed on the display panel,
- wherein the touch antenna array includes:
- a touch electrode layer disposed in the display area;
- a first conductive layer disposed in the non-display area and electrically connected to the touch electrode layer;
- an antenna electrode layer disposed in the display area;
- a second conductive layer disposed in the non-display area and electrically connected to the antenna electrode layer;
- and
- a shielding electrode layer disposed in both the display area and the non-display area and disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer in the non-display area, the shielding electrode layer being electrically isolated from the first and second conductive layers.
A display apparatus including a display area in which an image is displayed and a non-display area adjacent to the display area, the display apparatus comprising:
- a display panel;
- and
- a touch antenna array disposed on the display panel,
- wherein the touch antenna array includes:
- a touch electrode layer disposed in the display area;
- a first conductive layer disposed in the non-display area and electrically connected to the touch electrode layer;
- an antenna electrode layer disposed in the display area;
- a second conductive layer disposed in the non-display area and electrically connected to the antenna electrode layer;
- and
- a shielding electrode layer disposed in the non-display area and disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, the shielding electrode layer being electrically isolated from the first and second conductive layers.
