Abstract
A display device includes a display panel, an organic layer disposed on a surface of the display panel, a polysilazane layer disposed on the organic layer and including a spaced region, and a resin layer disposed in the spaced region of the polysilazane layer. An elastic modulus of the resin layer is lower than an elastic modulus of the polysilazane layer.

A display device comprising:
- a display panel;
- an organic layer disposed on a surface of the display panel;
- a polysilazane layer disposed on the organic layer and including a spaced region;
- and
- a resin layer disposed in the spaced region of the polysilazane layer, wherein
- an elastic modulus of the resin layer is lower than an elastic modulus of the polysilazane layer.

A manufacturing method of a display device comprising:
- preparing a substrate;
- forming a resin layer on an area of the substrate;
- forming a polysilazane layer on another area of the substrate;
- forming an organic layer on the resin layer and the polysilazane layer;
- forming a display panel on the organic layer;
- and
- removing the substrate, wherein
- an elastic modulus of the resin layer is lower than an elastic modulus of the polysilazane layer.
