An apparatus comprising a coherent radar system on a single chip that operates in a range of operation in a terahertz range.
An apparatus comprising:
- a coherent radar system on a chip that operates in a terahertz range;
- a core processing system electrically coupled to the coherent radar system, the core processing system configured to process instructions to provide at least one of the following set of functions:
- an alert to the user indicating a detection of an object, or the result of a match between a detected object and an object stored in a database.
