## Abstract

A method, includes securing a component of an anchor apparatus to a board of a form utilized to form a concrete support structure; coupling an anchor of the anchor apparatus relative to the component by engaging a threaded segment of the component with a cooperative threaded segment of the anchor; depositing concrete within the form to create the concrete support structure, the concrete support structure at least partially enclosing the anchor; removing at least a portion of the board of the form; and accessing the anchor through a cavity in the concrete structure formed by the component.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method, comprising:
securing a component of an anchor apparatus to a board of a form utilized to form a concrete support structure;
coupling an anchor of the anchor apparatus relative to the component by engaging a threaded segment of the component with a cooperative threaded segment of the anchor;
depositing concrete within the form to create the concrete support structure, the concrete support structure at least partially enclosing the anchor;
removing at least a portion of the board of the form; and
accessing the anchor through a cavity in the concrete structure formed by the component.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1 including securing a tool to the anchor.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The method according to claim 2 including wherein securing a tool includes securing the tool to the threaded segment of the anchor.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1 including removing the component from the anchor.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The method according to claim 4 wherein removing the component from the anchor is performed prior to securing a tool to the threaded segment of the anchor.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1 wherein the cavity is formed during curing of the concrete within the form.

### Claim 7

A method, comprising:
securing a component of an anchor apparatus to a board of a form;
coupling an anchor of the anchor apparatus relative to the component;
depositing concrete within the form to create a concrete support structure with the anchor at least partially embedded within the concrete support structure;
removing the board of the form; and
accessing the anchor through a cavity in the concrete support structure formed by the component.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The method according to claim 7 including coupling a tool to the anchor.

### Claim 9 (depends on 7)

The method according to claim 7 wherein the anchor includes a threaded segment and wherein accessing the anchor through a cavity includes accessing the threaded segment of the anchor.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The method according to claim 9 including coupling a tool to the threaded segment of the anchor.

### Claim 11 (depends on 7)

The method according to claim 7 including removing the component from the concrete support structure.

### Claim 12 (depends on 11)

The method according to claim 11 wherein removing the component is performed subsequent to removing the board of the form.

### Claim 13 (depends on 7)

The method according to claim 7 wherein coupling an anchor of the anchor apparatus relative to the component includes engaging a threaded segment of the component with a corresponding threaded segment of the anchor.

### Claim 14

A method, comprising:
securing a component relative to a board of a form;
coupling an anchor of an anchor apparatus relative to the component;
depositing concrete in the form to create a concrete support structure wherein the component forms a cavity adjacent the board;
removing at least a portion of the board of the form; and
accessing the anchor through the cavity.

### Claim 15 (depends on 14)

The method according to claim 14 wherein the cavity is formed while the concrete cures in the form.

### Claim 16 (depends on 14)

The method according to claim 14 wherein the anchor includes a threaded segment and wherein accessing the anchor through a cavity includes accessing the threaded segment of the anchor.

### Claim 17 (depends on 16)

The method according to claim 16 including coupling a tool to the threaded segment of the anchor.

### Claim 18 (depends on 14)

The method according to claim 14 wherein the anchor includes a threaded segment and wherein accessing the anchor through the cavity includes accessing the threaded segment of the anchor.
