A compound represented by the following formula (A1) or (A2):

• G1-(CH2)m1—CHX1—(CH2)n1-M Formula (A1)
• M-(CH2)n2—CHX1—(CH2)m2-G2-(CH2)m3—CHX1—(CH2)n3-M Formula (A2)
• wherein in the formula (A1) and (A2),
• G1 is a fluoroalkyl group or a monovalent group having a (poly)oxyfluoroalkylene chain,
• G2 is a fluoroalkylene group or a divalent group having a (poly)oxyfluoroalkylene chain,
• X1 is a halogen atom, and when there are a plurality of X1's, the X1's may be the same as or different from each other,
• M is BR1R2, R1 and R2 are each independently a group represented by —OH, —R11, —OR11, —O—C(O)—R11 or —NR11R12R11 is a hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent or a heteroatom in a carbon chain, two R11's may be linked to form a ring structure, R12 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and when there are a plurality of M's, the M's may be the same as or different from each other,
• n1, n2, and n3 are each independently an integer of 0 to 20, and
• m1, m2, and m3 are each independently 1 or 2.
