Abstract
A cap includes: a cap body including a top plate and a skirt having a tubular shape disposed on a circumferential edge of the top plate, a sealing member disposed on an inner surface of the top plate and configured to seal a mouth of a container, a slit extending in a circumferential direction of the skirt, and a worked portion formed at least in a part of the slit in the circumferential direction on at least a side of the slit closer to the top plate.

A cap comprising:
- a cap body including a top plate and a skirt having a tubular shape disposed on a circumferential edge of the top plate;
- a sealing member disposed on an inner surface of the top plate and configured to seal a container mouth;
- a slit extending in a circumferential direction of the skirt;
- and
- a worked portion formed at least in a part of the slit in the circumferential direction on at least a side of the slit closer to the top plate.
