Abstract
The use of phosphatidylserine as a target for treating inflammatory bowel disease. Phosphatidylserine can be used as a marker of inflammatory bowel disease and used for drug screening. Annexin A5 can be traced by phosphatidylserine in the extracellular membrane and indicate the location of lesions and extent of inflammatory bowel disease, and can be used to treat inflammatory bowel disease. Better anti-inflammatory effects can be generated by mutating Annexin A5.

Use of phosphatidylserine in preparation of a drug for treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, wherein for the inflammatory bowel disease, phosphatidylserine serves as a target of the drug.
A method of modifying a drug that uses phosphatidylserine as a target for inflammatory bowel disease, comprising the step of:
- mutating Annexin A5 to enhance its binding ability to phosphatidylserine to improve anti-inflammatory effects thereof.
