The heat-generating electronic paste composition includes a water-based carrier and a functional phase. The water-based carrier includes a water-soluble binder and water, and the functional phase includes an electrically conductive material.

A heat-generating electronic paste composition, comprising:
- a water-based carrier;
- and
- a functional phase;
- wherein the water-based carrier comprises a water-soluble binder and water;
- and
- wherein the functional phase comprises an electrically conductive material.
A method for preparing a heat-generating electronic paste, the method comprising:
- mixing a water-soluble binder with water, and performing a first heat treatment to obtain a water-based carrier;
- and
- mixing the water-based carrier with a functional phase, and performing a second heat treatment to obtain the heat-generating electronic paste;
- wherein the functional phase comprises an electrically conductive material.
