Abstract
Described herein are methods and systems for network performance testing. A computing device may receive a network performance request. The computing device may perform a network performance test, and determine comparable devices of one or more devices associated with the network performance request. The computing device may determine a network performance parameter for the comparable devices, and determine that one or more devices associated with the network performance request are impacting the network performance test.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- determining, based on a network performance request from a user device and network performance data of a plurality of devices, at least one comparable user device of the plurality of devices and at least one comparable network device of the plurality of devices;
- determining a performance parameter of the at least one comparable user device and a performance parameter of the at least one comparable network device;
- and
- determining, based on the performance parameter, that the user device is not negatively impacting a network condition.
An apparatus comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- a memory storing processor-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to:
- determine, based on a network performance request from a user device and network performance data of a plurality of devices, at least one comparable user device of the plurality of devices and at least one comparable network device of the plurality of devices;
- determine a performance parameter of the at least one comparable user device and a performance parameter of the at least one comparable network device;
- and
- determine, based on the performance parameter, that the user device is not negatively impacting a network condition.
A method comprising:
- determining, based on a network performance request from a user device and network performance data of a plurality of devices, at least one comparable user device of the plurality of devices and at least one comparable network device of the plurality of devices;
- determining a performance parameter of the at least one comparable user device and a performance parameter of the at least one comparable network device;
- and
- determining, based on the performance parameter, that the user device is negatively impacting a network condition.
An apparatus comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- a memory storing processor-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to:
- determine, based on a network performance request from a user device and network performance data of a plurality of devices, at least one comparable user device of the plurality of devices and at least one comparable network device of the plurality of devices;
- determine a performance parameter of the at least one comparable user device and a performance parameter of the at least one comparable network device;
- and
- determine, based on the performance parameter, that the user device is negatively impacting a network condition.
