Methods, systems, and apparatuses for predicting prescription drug products or substitution drug products for inclusion in a company's portfolio.

A method comprising:
- receiving, by a computing device, consumer preference data associated with a prescription drug;
- determining drug feature data associated with a plurality of drugs;
- generating, based on the consumer preference data and the drug feature data, a plurality of features for a predictive model;
- training, based on the plurality of features, the predictive model;
- and
- outputting the predictive model.
