Abstract
In one implementation, a computer-implemented method includes receiving a parameterless search request, which was provided to a mobile computing device, for information that is relevant to a user of the mobile computing device. The method also includes, in response to the received parameterless search request, identifying with a digital computer system one or more results that are determined to be relevant to the user of the mobile computing device based upon a current context of the mobile computing device. The method further includes providing the results for display to a user of the mobile computing device.

(canceled)
A method comprising:
- receiving, by a computing system, from a mobile computing device, a parameterless request for information determined to be relevant to a user of the mobile computing device;
- responsive to receiving the parameterless request, identifying, by the computing system, based on a context of the mobile computing device, one or more results determined to be relevant to the user of the mobile computing device, wherein the context of the mobile computing device comprises one or more of:
- time/date information, geographic location information, calendar information, or device activity information, and wherein the one or more results that are relevant to the user of the mobile computing device are relevant to the context of the mobile computing device;
- and
- causing, by the computing system, the one or more results to be provided for presentation to the user via the mobile computing device.
A computing system comprising:
- one or more hardware processors;
- and
- memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more hardware processors, the one or more hardware processors are operable to:
- receive, from a mobile computing device, a parameterless request for information determined to be relevant to a user of the mobile computing device;
- responsive to receiving the parameterless request, identify, based at least in part on a context of the mobile computing device, one or more results determined to be relevant to the user of the mobile computing device, wherein the context of the mobile computing device comprises one or more of:
- time/date information, geographic location information, calendar information, or device activity information, and wherein the one or more results that are relevant to the user of the mobile computing device are relevant to the context of the mobile computing device;
- and
- send, to the mobile computing device, the one or more results.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more hardware processors, cause the one or more hardware processors to perform operations, the operations comprising:
- receiving, by a computing system, from a mobile computing device, a parameterless request for information determined to be relevant to a user of the mobile computing device;
- responsive to receiving the parameterless request, identifying, by the computing system, based at least in part on a context of the mobile computing device, one or more results determined to be relevant to the user of the mobile computing device, wherein the context of the mobile computing device comprises one or more of:
- time/date information, geographic location information, calendar information, or device activity information, and wherein the one or more results that are relevant to the user of the mobile computing device are relevant to the context of the mobile computing device;
- and
- causing, by the computing system, the one or more results to be provided for presentation to the user via the mobile computing device.
