Abstract
A clamp for removable attachment to tubing or the like including two components oriented relative to each other for removable engagement therebetween. The clamp may include one or more fasteners to provide for secure and removable attachment of the two components together, and for securing itself to the tubing or the like. In example embodiments, the two components may be substantially identical to each other, and reorienting them relative to each other permits removable engagement therebetween. One or more components or supports may be permitted for engagement with one or more clamps for supporting or temporarily securing items or other desired devices thereto.
Claims22
A clamp for removable attachment to a tubing member, the tubing member comprising a generally square outer profile comprising four sides of a similar dimension, the clamp comprising a first bracket portion and a second bracket portion, the first and second bracket portions each comprising a clamping portion and a coupling portion, wherein the clamping portion of each bracket portion is configured for engagement with at least one of the four sides of the tubing member, wherein the coupling portion of each bracket permits removable coupling engagement therebetween so as to permit frictional engagement of the clamping portions with the tube.
A bracket component of a mounting assembly, the bracket component comprising a first arm and a second arm, the first and second arms comprising a length defined between their respective ends, a width and a thickness, the first and second arms generally oriented transverse relative thereto wherein ends thereof are connected together and outwardly extend therefrom, the bracket component comprising an upper surface, a lower surface generally opposite thereto, and a peripheral surface defined therebetween.
