Itaconic acid derivatives

A compound of formula (I):

• wherein:
• RA1 and RA2 join to form a C3-5 cycloalkyl ring:
• wherein q is 0, 1 or 2;
• or
• RA1 and RA2 join to form a 4-6-membered heterocyclic ring;
• wherein the C3-5 cycloalkyl ring and 4-6-membered heterocyclic ring are optionally substituted by one or more groups selected from methyl and fluoro;
• R1 is H or Cl;
• R2 is H or halo;
• R3 is H, halo, CH3, OCH3, CF3, OCF3, SC1-4alkyl, SC1-4haloalkyl, or phenyl which is optionally substituted by halo, or —C≡C—C1-2haloalkyl;
• R4 is H, halo or CF3;
• R5 is H or Cl;
• wherein one, two or three of any of the R1 to R5 groups are other than H and the remainder are H;
• L is a bond, C1-2alkylene or C≡C;
• and
• RB is selected from the group consisting of CH2COOH, CH2CH2COOH, CH2tetrazolyl and CH2CH2tetrazolyl wherein RB is optionally substituted on an available carbon atom by one or more RB1 wherein RB1 is selected from the group consisting of difluoromethyl, trifluoromethyl and methyl, and/or two RB1 groups which are attached to the same carbon atom join to form a C3-6 cycloalkyl ring or a 4-6-membered heterocyclic ring;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and/or solvate thereof.
