Abstract
Targeted recommendations may be provided to specific user segments. The users may be segmented on or more user parameters that facilitate targeted provision of recommendations to the individual segments of users. A recommendation may prompt a user to take a recommended action in the game.
Claims20
A system configured to provide different recommended actions to users of a game, the system comprising:
- one or more processors configured by machine-readable instructions to:
- determine automatically, by the one or more processors, a first recommended action in the game and a second recommended action in the game;
- effectuate delivery of the first and second recommended actions to different users, such that the first recommended action is delivered to a first subset of users and the second recommended action is delivered to a second subset of users;
- track responses of the users to the delivery of the first and second recommended actions;
- and
- generate a new recommended action for a particular subset of the users, wherein the new recommended action is based on one or more of the first recommended action, the second recommended action, and/or the tracked responses.
A computer-implemented method of providing different recommended actions to users of a game, the method being implemented in a computer system comprising one or more physical processors, the method comprising:
- determining automatically, by the one or more physical processors, a first recommended action and a second recommended action in the game;
- effectuating delivery of the first and second recommended actions to different users, such that the first recommended action is delivered to a first subset of users and the second recommended action is delivered to a second subset of users;
- tracking responses of the users to the delivery of the first and second recommended actions;
- and
- generating a new recommended action for a particular subset of the users, wherein the new recommended action is based on one or more of the first recommended action, the second recommended action, and/or the tracked responses.
