Abstract
The present invention is directed to compositions for and methods for the treatment of presbyopia comprising from about 0.3% to about 2.0% w/v aceclidine and from about 0.07% to about 0.15% w/v brimonidine.

A method of treating presbyopia comprising administering a composition comprising from about 1% to about 2% w/v aceclidine or a salt thereof and from 0.07% to about 0.15% brimonidine or a salt thereof to a subject in need thereof.
A method of treating presbyopia comprising administering a composition comprising about 1.75% aceclidine or a salt thereof and about 0.08% w/v brimonidine or a salt thereof to a subject in need thereof.
