A method for treating a disease mediated by an agonist or partial agonist of α7-nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) in a patient, comprising:
- administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or hydrate thereof, wherein
- A is C1-C10 heteroaryl optionally substituted by at least one selected from the group consisting of halo, chlorophenyl, C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, C6-C12 aralkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, and C6-C12 aryl;
- and
- B is O or NH.
