Abstract
A carrier plate to which a moving object is attached and that includes a holding portion holding an end portion of a driving-force transmission member transmitting a driving force for moving the moving object is configured to include: a first surface facing a guide rail on which the carrier plate slides; a second surface placed on an opposite side of the first surface; and a side surface placed between the first surface and the second surface, the side surface including an opening portion into which the driving-force transmission member is inserted. Such a configuration can enhance the efficiency of the assembly work while suppressing an increase in size.

A carrier plate to which a moving object is attached and that includes a holding portion holding an end portion of a driving-force transmission member transmitting a driving force for moving the moving object, the carrier plate comprising:
- a first surface facing a guide rail on which the carrier plate slides;
- a second surface placed on an opposite side of the first surface;
- and
- a side surface placed between the first surface and the second surface, the side surface including an opening portion into which the driving-force transmission member is inserted.
