Abstract
Systems and methods for creating personalized exercise programs are disclosed. An image capture device and a computer device are used to capture images of a user while the user performs athletic movements. The images may then be evaluated to create a human movement screen score. The human movement screen score, goal and time commitment information may then be used to create a personalized exercise program tailored to the specific user.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- capturing, with an image capture device, motion parameter data of a user performing an athletic movement, wherein the image capture device comprises a plurality of cameras;
- generating, at a processor, one or more movement scores based on at least a first portion of the motion parameter data of the user performing the athletic movement;
- generating, by the processor, a personalized exercise program based on the one or more movement scores, and comprising a plurality of workouts;
- and
- providing a display of the one or more movement scores and an indication of the personalized exercise program.
An apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor;
- a display device;
- an image capture device;
- a non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising computer-executable instructions that when executed by the at least one processor cause the at least one processor to:
- capture, from the image capture device, motion parameter data of a user performing an athletic movement;
- generate, by the at least one processor, one or more movement scores based on the at least a first portion of the motion parameter data of the user performing the athletic movement;
- generate, by the at least one processor, a personalized exercise program based on the one or more movement scores;
- and
- provide a display of the one or more movement scores and an indication of the personalized exercise program.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising computer-executable instructions that when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform at least:
- capturing, with an image capture device, video data of a user performing an athletic movement;
- processing, with at least one processor, the video data to obtain motion parameter data of the user performing the athletic movement;
- generating, with at least one processor, one or more movement scores based on at least a first portion of motion parameter data of the user performing the athletic movement;
- generating, at the at least one processor, a personalized exercise program based on the one or more movement scores;
- and
- providing a display of the one or more movement scores and an indication of the personalized exercise program.
