Abstract
A cover plate for a display screen, a method for preparing the cover plate, and a display device. The cover plate includes a central region and an edge region located in at least portion of a peripheral side of the central region AA, the cover plate has a thickness gradually decreasing from the central region to the edge region. The cover plate includes a plastic body and at least one first stabilizing film layer which are arranged in a stacked manner. At least one of the plastic body and the first stabilizing film layer has a thickness gradually decreasing from the central region to the edge region.
Claims18
A cover plate for a display screen, comprising a central region and an edge region located in at least portion of a peripheral side of the central region, the cover plate having a thickness gradually decreasing from the central region to the edge region;
- the cover plate comprising a plastic body and at least one first stabilizing film layer which are arranged in a stacked manner;
- and
- at least one of the plastic body and the first stabilizing film layer having a thickness gradually decreasing from the central region to the edge region.
A method for preparing a cover plate, the cover plate comprising a central region and an edge region located in at least portion of a peripheral side of the central region, the method comprising steps of:
- forming a plastic body by injection molding using a first mold;
- and
- compositing a first stabilizing film layer onto an outer surface of the plastic body by hot melting, wherein at least one of the plastic body and the first stabilizing film layer has a thickness gradually decreasing from the central region to the edge region.
