Abstract
A game that is played with a weighted object, a plurality of challenge playing cards, and a score board. Each playing card of the plurality of playing cards includes a plurality of challenges the include a requirement for the player to balance the weighted object. The score board records a player's progress upon successfully completing a challenge. A method of playing the game is also provided.

A game comprising:
- a weighted object configured to be balanced by a player;
- a plurality of playing cards selectable by a game player, each playing card including a plurality of challenges, each challenge of the plurality of challenges includes requiring the player to balance the weighted object for a specified time period;
- and
- a game board including a plurality of spaces for marking a player's advance upon successfully completing the challenge with the specified time period.

A method of playing a game comprising the steps of:
- determining a player's challenge from a plurality of challenges on a challenge card;
- providing a weighted object to be balanced by a player while performing the determined challenge within a specified period of time;
- completing the determined challenge within the specified time;
- and,
- providing a game board that indicates a player's progress in the game.
