Abstract
An engine controller includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to, when an engine rotation speed is within a specified range, perform a throttle limit control that reduces an upper limit throttle opening degree, the upper limit throttle opening degree being an upper limit value of a control range of an opening degree of a throttle valve of an engine.

An engine controller, comprising processing circuitry, wherein the processing circuitry is configured to, when an engine rotation speed is within a specified range, perform a throttle limit control that reduces an upper limit throttle opening degree, the upper limit throttle opening degree being an upper limit value of a control range of an opening degree of a throttle valve of an engine.
