Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure includes systems and methods for diagnosing and correcting deficiencies in operation of integrated circuits. A set of operational data of an integrated circuit is received by a network via a communication interface. A deficiency in operation of the integrated circuit is diagnosed based on the set of operational data. A correction is generated for improving operation of the integrated circuit based on the deficiency diagnosed. The correction is transmitted over the network via the communication interface to the integrated circuit.
Claims20
A remote calibration method comprising:
- sending, over a network, operational information for a plurality of analog integrated circuits to a remote calibration system;
- receiving, over the network, calibration information corresponding to the operational information in the plurality of analog integrated circuits;
- and
- calibrating the analog integrated circuits using the calibration information,
- wherein different analog integrated circuits send different operational information and receive different calibration information particular to each analog integrated circuit.
A remote calibration method comprising:
- receiving, over a network, operational information for a plurality of analog integrated circuits;
- generating, by a calibration system, calibration information for the plurality of analog integrated circuits based on the operational information for the analog integrated circuits;
- and
- sending, over the network, the calibration information for calibrating the analog integrated circuits,
- wherein the calibration system receives different operational information for different analog integrated circuits and sends different calibration information particular to each analog integrated circuit.
A system comprising:
- a plurality of analog integrated circuits comprising a plurality of calibration circuits;
- a remote calibration system coupled to the analog integrated circuits over a computer network, the remote calibration system comprising:
- a classification module;
- and
- a plurality of calibration modules,
- wherein the plurality of calibration circuits send (i) operational information for a corresponding particular analog integrated circuit and (ii) classification information specifying the particular analog integrated circuit to the remote calibration system, and
- wherein the classification module routes, based on the classification information, the operational information and classification information to one of the plurality of calibration modules to produce correction information, and
- wherein the correction information is sent to particular analog integrated circuits of the plurality of analog integrated circuits based on the classification information to calibrate the plurality of analog integrated circuits.
