An absorbent structure including an absorbent pad having cellulose fluff mixed with superabsorbent granular material, and at least one fluff-free absorbent insert inserted into at least one through-opening of the absorbent pad.
Claims11
An absorbent structure, comprising:
- an absorbent pad comprising cellulose fluff having at least one through-opening, and
- at least one fluff-free absorbent insert comprising a non-woven layer in which superabsorbent material is incorporated,
- wherein said at least one fluff-free absorbent insert is inserted in said at least one through-opening of said absorbent pad, so that said at least one fluff-free absorbent insert is surrounded by the cellulose fluff.
