Abstract
A microparticle filling method of the present disclosure is a method of filling at least one or more containers with microparticles, including: sucking a suspension of the microparticles into a nozzle; concentrating the microparticles in the suspension to form a high-concentration suspension having a predetermined microparticle concentration at a tip of the nozzle; bringing the high-concentration suspension in contact with an inner wall of the container; and separating the nozzle from the container after the contact to fill the container with the high-concentration suspension.
Claims13
A microparticle filling method of filling at least one or more containers with microparticles, comprising:
- sucking a suspension of the microparticles into a nozzle;
- concentrating the microparticles in the suspension to form a high-concentration suspension having a predetermined microparticle concentration at a tip of the nozzle;
- bringing the high-concentration suspension in contact with an inner wall of the container;
- and
- separating, after the contact, the nozzle from the container to fill the container with the high-concentration suspension.
A microparticle filling device that fills at least one or more container with microparticles, comprising:
- a nozzle;
- a dispensing system configured to control suction of a suspension of the microparticles into the nozzle;
- a drive system configured to control a relative position between the container and the nozzle;
- and
- a control system configured to controls the dispensing system and the drive system,
- wherein the control system is configured to execute:
- a process of causing the nozzle to suck the suspension by the dispensing system,
- a process of concentrating the microparticles in the suspension to form a high-concentration suspension having a predetermined microparticle concentration at a tip of the nozzle,
- a process of bringing the high-concentration suspension into contact with an inner wall of the container by the drive system, and
- a process of separating the nozzle from the container after the contact to fill the container with the high-concentration suspension by the drive system.
