Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the received quality of a synchronization signal in a terminal. The terminal is equipped with: a reception circuit that receives a first synchronization signal block and a second synchronization signal block that is different from the first synchronization signal block in at least one of the sequence and the signal position; and a control circuit that performs a cell search on the basis of the first synchronization signal block and the second synchronization signal block.
Claims15
A terminal comprising:
- reception circuitry, which, in operation, receives a first synchronization signal block and a second synchronization signal block of which at least one of a sequence and a signal mapping is different from that of the first synchronization signal block;
- and
- control circuitry, which, in operation, performs cell search based on the first synchronization signal block and the second synchronization signal block.
A base station comprising:
- control circuitry, which, in operation, generates a first synchronization signal block and a second synchronization signal block of which at least one of a sequence and a signal mapping is different from that of the first synchronization signal block, and
- transmission circuitry, which, in operation, transmits the first synchronization signal block and the second synchronization signal block.
A communication method comprising:
- receiving, by a terminal, a first synchronization signal block and a second synchronization signal block of which at least one of a sequence and a signal mapping is different from that of the first synchronization signal block;
- and
- performing, by the terminal, cell search based on the first synchronization signal block and the second synchronization signal block.
A communication method comprising:
- generating, by a base station, a first synchronization signal block and a second synchronization signal block of which at least one of a sequence and a signal mapping is different from that of the first synchronization signal block;
- and
- transmitting, by the base station, the first synchronization signal block and the second synchronization signal block.
