Claims20
A synthetic mineral composition, comprising:
- 90.5 weight % or more diopside;
- the balance being other minerals and unavoidable impurities.
A method of forming a synthetic mineral composition, comprising:
- providing dolomite, calcium carbonate, quartz and calcined alumina to form a mixture;
- and
- heating the mixture to a temperature of from 1200 to 1400° C.
A method of forming a synthetic mineral composition, comprising:
- providing dolomite, quartz and feldspar to form a mixture;
- and
- heating the mixture to a temperature of from 1200 to 1400° C.
