## Abstract

An electronic vapor provision device including a power cell and a computer, wherein the computer includes a computer processor, a memory and an input-output means, and wherein the device further includes a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor.

## Claims

### Claim 1

An electronic vapor provision device comprising:
a power cell;
a heating element;
a computer, the computer including a computer processor, a memory and an input-output; and
a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor that form a combined sensor, constructed as a single electronic component, wherein the combined sensor is configured to detect a suction force applied to the electronic vapor provision device by a user, and
the combined sensor configured to, in use, output both pressure and temperature at substantially the same time, and the computer configured to deliver an electrical current to the heating element when a pressure measured by the pressure sensor is reduced below a threshold pressure,
wherein the computer is configured, in use, to obtain a temperature reading from the temperature sensor and a pressure reading from the pressure sensor, and to adjust the pressure reading to compensate for the temperature reading,
wherein the combined sensor is located at a position away from the heating element such that the output of the combined sensor is substantially unaffected by operation of the heating element, and
wherein, on the basis of the temperature reading from the combined sensor, the computer is configured to cut out the electrical current to the heating element at or above a predetermined temperature.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The electronic vapor provision device of claim 1, wherein the electronic vapor provision device is an electronic cigarette.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)
