Abstract
According to one embodiment, a wireless communication device includes a transmitter configured to transmit a first frame including first information required for uplink multi-user transmission without receiving a transmission request for the first information; and a receiver configured to receive a second frame.

- a transmitter configured to transmit a first frame including a MAC header and data, the MAC header including first information required to be allocated resources for uplink multi-user transmission,
- the first information includes:
- information specifying at least one access category different from an access category of the data transmitted in the first frame and
- information specifying a first access category with a highest transmission priority among the at least one access category specified in the information.

- the first information includes:
