- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein
- R1 is OH, O—P(═O)OR′OR″, or O-Protecting Group, wherein R′ and R″ are independently selected from the group consisting of lithium (Li+), sodium (Na+), potassium (K+), hydrogen (H), morpholine, quinine, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (TRIS), serine, and nitroarginine;
- R3 is R4 or R6—R4;

- R5 is H or (C1-C6)alkyl;
