Abstract
This disclosure relates to using a hand held target (e.g. tae kwon do paddle) as a tool for providing physical performance instructions according to a digital workout performance template loaded in advance.
Claims3
A virtual competition comprising:
- (a) loading a same digitally formatted performance template into a memory of a plurality of hand held targets at multiple locations;
- (b) gathering performance data from individual competitors performing said same digitally formatted template at said multiple locations during a discrete time interval;
- and
- (c) presenting said performance data of at least some of said individual competitors at said multiple locations on a common display.
