A compound of Formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, prodrug and/or derivative thereof

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, prodrug and/or derivative thereof,
• wherein R1 is selected from H, OH, OC1-3alkyl, OC(O)C1-3alkyl, NH2, NHC1-3alkyl, NHSO2C1-3alkyl, NSuccinamide, and NHC(O)C1-3alkyl;
• wherein R2, R3, R4, and R5 are independently selected from H, OH, C1-3alkyl, OC1-3alkyl, NH2, NHC1-3alkyl, NHSO2C1-3alkyl, and NHC(O)C1-3alkyl;
• or R2 and R3, R3 and R4 or R4 and R5 taken together with the atoms they are attached to form a substituted or unsubstituted 5- or 6-membered heterocycle comprising at least one NH and optionally one or more additional heteroatoms selected from N, O, and S;
• and
• wherein when R2 and R3, R3 and R4 or R4 and R5 are taken together to form the substituted or unsubstituted 5- or 6-membered heterocycle, R4 and R5, R2 and R5, or R2 and R3 respectively are independently selected from H and C1-3alkyl.
