Abstract
Antiviral therapeutic compounds and compositions that may be used in methods of preventing and/or treating infection(s) caused by coronaviruses or influenza viruses. The present disclosure also relates to compounds for use in boosting cellular energy production and/or optimizing cellular energy homeostasis and incorporation of such compounds into compositions for administration. Also disclosed are methods of boosting cellular energy production and/or optimizing cellular energy homeostasis.
Claims20
A cellular energy compound comprising any of the following formulas:
- wherein A comprises chloride, hydrogen chloride, bromide, hydrogen bromide, sulfate, hydrogen sulfate, phosphate, hydrogen phosphate, succinate, tartrate, or acetate.
A pharmaceutical composition for use in boosting cellular energy production or optimizing cellular energy homeostasis comprising:
- a. a cellular energy compound, wherein the cellular energy compound comprises any one or more of the following formulas:
- wherein A comprises chloride, hydrogen chloride, bromide, hydrogen bromide, sulfate, hydrogen sulfate, phosphate, hydrogen phosphate, succinate, tartrate, or acetate;
- and
- b. a pharmaceutical carrier.
A method of boosting cellular energy production, optimizing cellular energy homeostasis, or reducing cellular energy depletion in a subject during physiologically stressful conditions, the method comprising:
- a. administering an effective amount of a cellular energy compound to the subject, wherein the cellular energy compound comprises any one or more of the following formulas:
- wherein A comprises chloride, hydrogen chloride, bromide, hydrogen bromide, sulfate, hydrogen sulfate, phosphate, hydrogen phosphate, succinate, tartrate, or acetate.
