Abstract
A light-emitting device in which a difference between a highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of a dopant, which has a smaller absolute value of HOMO energy level among a first dopant and a second dopant, and a HOMO energy level of a first host is 0.3 eV or less.
Claims20
A light-emitting device comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a second electrode facing the first electrode;
- and
- an interlayer between the first electrode and the second electrode and comprising an emission layer,
- wherein the emission layer comprises a first host, a first dopant, and a second dopant, and
- wherein:
- an absolute value of a highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of the first dopant (HOMO_D1) is smaller than an absolute value of a HOMO energy level of the second dopant (HOMO_D2), and a difference between a HOMO energy level of the first host (HOMO_H1) and the HOMO energy level of the first dopant (HOMO_D1) is 0.3 eV or less;
- or
- the absolute value of the HOMO energy level of the second dopant (HOMO_D2) is smaller than the absolute value of the HOMO energy level of the first dopant (HOMO_D1), and a difference between the HOMO energy level of the first host (HOMO_H1) and the HOMO energy level of the second dopant (HOMO_D2) is 0.3 eV or less.
