Abstract
A converter module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a heat dissipation member of a plate shape, having a flow path therein; a first module arranged on one surface of the heat dissipation member; and a second module arranged on the other surface of the heat dissipation member, wherein the heat dissipation member is formed integrally with the flow path inserted therein.

A converter module comprising:
- a heat dissipation member formed of plate-shaped and having a flow path formed therein;
- a first module disposed on one surface of the heat dissipation member;
- and
- a second module disposed on the other surface of the heat dissipation member,
- wherein the heat dissipation member is formed integrally with the flow path inserted therein, and
- wherein an overlapping driving time between the first module and the second module is none, or less than or equal to a predetermined ratio or a predetermined time.
