Abstract
A base station may transmit, to a wireless device, configuration parameters of a downlink control channel. The configuration parameters may indicate features such as a time interval in which the downlink control channel is configured, and a starting symbol, and the base station may use the downlink control channel for transmitting packet scheduling information.

A method comprising:
- transmitting, by a base station, configuration parameters of a downlink control channel of a cell, wherein the configuration parameters indicate:
- at least one time interval, of the cell, in which the downlink control channel is configured;
- and
- a starting symbol of the downlink control channel of the cell,
- wherein no signal is transmitted in a first-in-time symbol, in the at least one time interval of the cell and prior to the starting symbol of the downlink control channel;
- and
- transmitting, via the downlink control channel, packet scheduling information.
