Abstract
A device may be configured to general constraint information according to one or more of the techniques described herein.
Claims3
A decoding device for decoding video data, the decoding device comprising:
- a processor, and
- a memory associated with the processor;
- wherein the processor is configured to receive a profile level tier syntax structure providing level information and general constraints information,
- wherein:
- the profile level tier structure includes a first syntax element indicating a level to which a video sequence conforms,
- the first syntax element is aligned as a first byte of the profile level tier syntax structure in a case that a value of a profile tier present flag is equal to 0,
- the first syntax element is aligned as a second byte of the profile level tier syntax structure in a case that the value of the profile tier present flag is equal to 1,
- the profile level tier structure includes a general constraints information syntax structure, which is present after the second byte of the profile level tier structure in the case that the value of the profile tier present flag is equal to 1, and
- the general constraints information syntax structure includes a second syntax element indicating whether additional syntax elements are present in the general constraints information syntax structure.
