Abstract
There is provided the apparatus comprising: at least one processor; and at least one memory comprising computer code that, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the apparatus to: identify a potential problem in a network comprising at least one network automation function; signal an indication of said potential problem to at least one network automation function of said network and a request for a proposal to address said problem; receive at least one proposal in response to said signalling; determine policy changes for addressing said potential problem in dependence on said at least one proposal; and implement said policy changes.

An apparatus for a central controller, the apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory storing computer code that, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the apparatus to:
- identify a potential problem in a network comprising at least one network automation function;
- signal an indication of said potential problem to at least one network automation function of said network and a request for a proposal to address said problem;
- receive at least one proposal in response to said signalling;
- determine policy changes for addressing said potential problem in dependence on said at least one proposal;
- and
- implement said policy changes.
An apparatus for a network automation function of a network, the apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory storing computer code that, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the apparatus to:
- receive signalling from a central controller, the signalling indicating a potential problem in the network and a request for a proposal to address said potential problem;
- generate said proposal to address said potential problem;
- and
- signal said proposal to the central controller.
A method for an apparatus for a central controller, the method comprising:
- identifying a potential problem in a network comprising at least one network automation functions;
- signalling an indication of said potential problem to at least one network automation function of said network and a request for a proposal to address said problem;
- receiving at least one proposal in response to said signalling;
- determining policy changes for addressing said potential problem in dependence on said at least one proposal;
- and
- implementing said policy changes.
A method for an apparatus for a network automation function of a network, the method comprising:
- receiving signalling from a central controller, the signalling indicating a potential problem in the network and a request for a proposal to address said potential problem;
- generating said proposal to address said potential problem;
- and
- signalling said proposal to the central controller.
