Abstract
Methods, apparatuses, and systems associated with a sample testing device are provided.
Claims20
A method for monitoring fluid transition, the method comprising:
- causing a laser source to emit a laser beam through a sample channel of a waveguide;
- causing a first injection of a buffer solution to the sample channel of the waveguide;
- calculating a refractive index change value associated with the sample channel;
- and
- determining whether the refractive index change value corresponds to a predetermined refractive index change value.

A wavelength adjustment device comprising:
- a housing,
- an optical fiber support base secured within the housing, and
- a compressor positioned within the housing and above the optical fiber support base.
A method for sample testing comprising:
- injecting a sample mixture comprising a reference substance and a sample substance to a plurality of sample channels and at least one positive reference channel;
- receiving a plurality of test signals associated with the plurality of sample channels and at least one reference signal from the at least one positive reference channel;
- recording the at least one reference signal as at least one positive indication benchmark;
- and
- determining whether each test signal provides a positive indication according to the at least one positive indication benchmark.
