A battery module includes a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked; a plate-shaped lower plate located under the battery cell stack; a module frame for covering an upper surface and both side surfaces of the battery cell stack; and a thermal conductive resin layer located between the lower plate and the battery cell stack.

A battery module comprising:
- a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked;
- a plate-shaped lower plate located under the battery cell stack;
- a module frame for covering an upper surface and opposite side surfaces of the battery cell stack;
- and
- a thermal conductive resin layer located between the lower plate and the battery cell stack.
