Abstract
Provided is a control device for a plate feeding device with which the amount of a plate transported to a processing device by the plate feeding device can be measured with high accuracy. This control device for a plate feeding device includes: a control unit that controls the rotation of a first roll and a second roll of the plate feeding device; a transmission unit that transmits an electromagnetic wave toward a plate; and a transmission unit that transmits the electromagnetic wave toward the plate, wherein the control unit measures the transport speed of the plate during a predetermined period on the basis of the frequency of the electromagnetic wave received by the reception unit, and measures the transport amount of the plate on the basis of the transport speed.

A control device for a plate material feeding device comprising a first roll and a second roll, the plate material feeding device configured to clamp a plate material by the first roll and the second roll and transport the plate material according to the rotation of the first roll and the second roll;
- the control device comprising:
- a control unit for controlling the rotation of the first roll and the second roll;
- a transmission unit for transmitting an electromagnetic wave toward the plate material;
- and
- a reception unit for receiving the electromagnetic wave reflected by the plate material;
- wherein
- the control unit measures a transport speed of the plate material during a predetermined period based on a frequency of the electromagnetic wave received by the reception unit, and measures a transport amount of the plate material based on the transport speed.
