Methods for treating diseases, disorders, and/or conditions associated with COVID-19 comprising administering at least one E-selectin antagonist and/or composition comprising the same are disclosed. Also disclosed are compounds, compositions, and methods for treating patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome.

A method of treating COVID-19 in a patient in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the patient an effective amount of at least one E-selectin antagonist or a pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of at least one E-selectin antagonist.
A method of treating a disease, disorder, and/or condition associated with COVID-19 in a patient in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the patient an effective amount of at least one E-selectin antagonist or a pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of at least one E-selectin antagonist.
