Abstract
The present invention is to provide a photoelectric conversion element that exhibits excellent external quantum efficiency and responsiveness to light at all wavelengths in a red wavelength range, a green wavelength range, and a blue wavelength range, an imaging element, an optical sensor, and a compound. The photoelectric conversion element includes, in the following order, a conductive film, a photoelectric conversion film, and a transparent conductive film, in which the photoelectric conversion film contains a compound represented by Formula (1).
Claims20
A photoelectric conversion element comprising, in the following order:
- a conductive film;
- a photoelectric conversion film;
- and
- a transparent conductive film,
- wherein the photoelectric conversion film contains a compound represented by Formula (1),
- in Formula (1), X11 and X12 each independently represent an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, a selenium atom, or —NRa3—, X13 represents a nitrogen atom or ═CRa4—, Ra1 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent having a molecular weight of 700 or less, Y11 represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, ═NRa5, or ═CRa6Ra7, Ra2 to Ra5 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent, Ra6 and Ra7 each independently represent a cyano group or —COORa8, Ra8 represents an alkyl group, an aryl group or a heteroaryl group, which may have a substituent, and A represents a ring containing at least two carbon atoms.
