The present disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a first substrate layer, a second substrate layer, and a sealing layer disposed between the first substrate layer and the second substrate layer, wherein a black matrix is provided in the first substrate layer, and the sealing layer surrounds the black matrix.
