Abstract
Provided are methods for treatment of seizures associated with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Angelman Syndrome and autism comprising administering to an individual a composition comprising IGF-2.

A method of preventing, reversing and/or treating seizures in a subject comprising administering to the subject a composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of IGF-2, or a functional modification or derivative thereof.
